So a thought crossed my mind: is the Realm of Chaos coming?įor the ones that don't know much about the lore, Chaos Daemons have their own personal Realm in the Warp, a parallel dimension to the mortal one, divided in the 4 reigns of the Chaos Gods. While in the two predecessors titles deciding on what factions to use as the base to start from was pretty easy, especially being able to pick two "bad" (Lizardmen and High Elves) and "good" factions (Skaven and Dark Elves) now CA finds itself trapped with 6 bad factions and 2 good ones, with Kislev and potential Dogs of War. But not only there are at least three, if not four with Dogs of War, more factions that are expected to be in the title, being Chaos Dwarfs, Oger Kingdoms and Kislev. The primary reason why I'm concerned about how CA is gonna treat TW: WH3 is because the main races should be Chaos Daemons, which divide into 4 different factions, 1 for each Chaos God: Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle, and Slaanesh. With big stakes come also big chances of failing too. So recently I've been finding myself thinking about what TW: WH3 is gonna be and I have some concerns, cause this should be the biggest of the trilogy and is promising a lot.
